strange notification on Sgs3 security update siver shield looks odd?

I have an att, Samsung gs3 did the big update two days ago, and did another update today that got my alarm clock working again, but I also got this weird request to update security
Title is " Security policy updates has a silver shield with a green arrow, if I confirm it gives complete access to all actions and information on the phone, only mentions Samsung name once in the notice. Can anyone tell me if Is this legit or a hoax?
