strange problem with settings in galaxy S5

Hi all!
Just purchased S5 and I have a problem. When I go to settings / user & backup, there is no way to access accounts. Only option to add new accounts (which I did, successfully).
More importantly, there is no way to access options in the upper right corner (like change the view to list, etc.) as can be seen from the attached screenshot.
Anyone can tell wtf is going on?

Notice the icons on the top of my screenshot? Compare them to yours. Your "S5" isn't actually an S5. I'm thinking that it's actually one of those very convincing replicas. Sorry mate..

Nope, Easy mode is off.

OP, I think I'm with mhaiderk97, check my list, tab and grid views. I've never seen anything on a Galaxy S5 like yours.

If you go to settings > device > about phone, what is the model number it shows?
