Welcome to the forums. That 21 is your battery level.

No the #21 not the battery above the step counter. Also my battery startes to drop fast lately

Not sure sorry, looks like a third party app doing that or the health app for workout 21 perhaps?

In regards it battery drain, get rid of those mutiple leeches you have running their called virus checkers.

Welcome to Android Central! A few questions:

- does the number still show up if you change wallpapers?
- does the number still show up when you boot the phone into Safe Mode? If it doesn't show up, you've likely installed a third party app that is causing the number to appear
- have you installed any new apps recently that may have caused this?

You're using a Huawei phone, yes? Safe Mode is safe (sorry for the pun) to use - it doesn't wipe your phone or delete your data - it just puts your phone into a state of being where your downloaded apps don't exist until you take it off of Safe Mode. Once you do, your phone will be just as it was before.

Do you have EMUI Theme Editor installed? Maybe you tweaked something within that app that caused that number to appear?

If you do have any antivirus apps installed, I too recommend that you delete them. Those kinds of apps will cause your phone to lag and/or will cause the same problems they advertise to eliminate.

Another area to check OP. What version of EMUI are you running?

That's probably the lock screen signature. Go to Settings > Home screen & wallpaper > Lock screen signature, and empty the text box.
