Stratosphere 4G confirmed. Am I reading this wrong?

I apologize if I missed this discussion, but I I still see people inquiring whether or not the Stratosphere will be 4G. If you look at the far right column. It says the Samsung Stratosphere will be a "4G smartphone with 2.3"

Am I misreading the document? Or am I just late to the party here?

This is all assuming that the Stratosphere is actually the Galaxy S 2, right?
