Stream your videos/music from home on the Incredible

With the Incredible running flash lite, this gives you the ability to stream your own videos or music from your home pc over your broadband connection to your phone using either 3g or wifi. You can do this with a free program called tversity. If enough people are interested in knowing how to do this without figuring it out themselves I may write a quick tutorial. I was watching the Simpsons on my lunch break at work today

How do you do this? I have tversity at home, but can't figure out what I need to do to stream to my Incredible.
