Question STREAMING - COMPUTER TO ANDROID

I am using a Windows 10, 64 bit computer. It is connected to a router by Cat 5/6 cable. I also have a - BUZZTV XRS4500 gizmo - it also is connected by Cat 5/6 cable. Both are on my home network, but are in different rooms of the house. The BUZZTV XRS4500 is connected to a home video unit by HDMI, and then by HDMI to the smart Samsung tv.

My main problem is how to get a new streaming service - "IPTV SCRIBE" - to work on my Samsung tv, through the BUZZTV, using the above set-up.

I have loaded and installed their program - (IPTV Scribe) - on the computer, using - "IPTV SMARTERS PRO" - as recommended by their website and have added my ID and username etc ., that was given to me by IPTV Scrib e.

It works on the computer BUT not on the BUZZTV gizmo. When I try to enter the information onto the BUZZTV , I get an error message - "CANNOT LOAD PORTAL : SERVER ERROR".

I already have another streaming service on the BUZZTV - "ROOMBATV" - and it works with no problems whatsoever.

For information - I do NOT have a cell phone, just an ordinary land line.

Any suggestions as to what could be the problem? I thank you in advance, for your answers

Yes I have, and I have printed both - BUZZTV and IPTV SCRIBE - for a quick reference. However, they are just basic "start-up" instructions, as such they are of no use to solve the problem. I thank you for your reply.

Does anybody else have any suggestion on how to proceed?

1. Open the Quick settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen with two fingers
2. Select your TV from the list of Available devices

1. Navigate to Apps from the Home screen
2. Select the Search icon in the top-right corner

Hi, I cannot complete the first suggestion as I do NOT have a cell phone.

I will try the second suggestion later this day and let you know of the results.
