Streaming HD Camera from Android to PC?

Well i see many IP Webcam apps out there, and live streaming to periscope or YouTube directly...but well, their quality.. how to say this subtly... sux.... and screen capturing apps has even worse quality, with all buttons showing...
What i'd like to do is... capture HD From Samsung S6 or Iphone 6S or LG G3 or G4 to my computer at full quality (well at least 1080p(i?) @ 30fps- for maxing 1080 on YouTube), but on my computer i can add external studio microphone, so sound of video is also great.... and use Open broadcaster software for YouTube.
to say short- i'd like to replace HD Camcorder With Android phone(because it costs the same as HD camcorder and has 4k).. But i cannot find a way to stream HD Camera from android...
If you guys has any suggestion please share.. cheers

Streaming an Android camera means displaying the picture on the screen, then scanning the display and sending the scan. So, at best, a 4k picture is going to give you about 640X480.

If you use a Webcam app and a computer looking at that webcam, connected to the TV, you might be lucky and get as much as 2k (1080) video (from a 4k phone).

If you use a real camera designed to connect to a real TV, you'll get the resolution the camera advertises.
