Streaming media on more than one device

Hello everyone, I have a question. I have my good ol Thunderbolt and an Acer Iconia a100.. I was wondering if there was an app that I could put on both devices where if I press play to start music on one device, it'll start the music on the other device. I'm sure there's a way, so can you help a guy out? They're both on the same wifi network, and this is in my house.

As far as I know, yes, because I just got it to play a song from my laptop using Clear.fi.
