Does anyone stream netflix through their TF101 to a TV set?

I have two main questions.

1. I have an 'antique' TV and need to get an external HDMI to composite video converter and cables. Any other hardware?

2. Before I spend the money for the hardware, can anyone tell me what the quality of the movies will be like from say Netflix? I don't have high expectations, but my network download speed is slow (maybe 1.4Mbps). Will the quality be horrible or need to stop and buffer constantly?

I have had problems streaming movies from my TF101 specifically through my HDMI port. The picture will not display on the TV or my TF101,only audio.
I have no knowledge with respect to composite display connection.

I've just recently tried streaming movies and the ones from dish online look great. Actually, I've had great luck. Games look great and my wife even has some workout programs and it will only put the video up on the screen and the rest of the app stays on the tablet. Sorry I can't give more info on Netflix though.
I would have some concern about running it through the adapter. It may not come through properly. As for the quality though, the old TV can only display 480 lines of resolution so the videos can only look so good.
