Streaming Video Question

Greetings. Here's my question. My congrega has streaming video of our services, which can be viewed on mobile devices. Unfortunately, on my Samsung Galaxy S5, I cannot receive audio (only have video).

I emailed the company about this and received the following response:

"(your congregation) encodes their broadcasts using the MP3 audio codec which is not available on some Android devices.* The on-demand archives are automatically transcoded and will be available on your droid with audio.* The audio will work on PC, Mac, iOS, Blackberry, Windows Mobile and Android if you have access to any other devices".

I'd like some feedback from the forum on how to get this to work.

Thank you.

So you're saying your church congregation streams services over the web? And you access them via the mobile browser? Which one did you try, the stock Samsung browser or Chrome? Have you tried other browsers, like Dolphin, Maxthon, Boat, or UC Browser?
