stuck in 3g and also double texts!

On top of needing to send this thing back to have the vibrate motor replaced, I'm CONSTANTLY getting duplicate texts and sending them as well. Also, I'm finding this thing barely gets into 4g anymore. In all the areas it used to be normal, I suddenly don't have it. I took the Sim out yesterday and it stopped the double texts and got to 4g, but back to the same old tricks today. Help?? This thing is really ticking me off now.

Go to software updates and then update both prl and profile
