stuck in boot screen & can not open recovery mode

i updated to cyanogenmod 14.1 using twrp recovery (fastboot) in Asus zenfone 2 laser(ze550kl) and now i am stuck in boot screen & i am also unable to go into recovery mode . as soon i press power+volume down key it takes me to fastboot mode!!! caan any one please help me to how to start my phone.

Welcome to the forums. Did you flash the ROM in TWRP or fastboot?

i flashed the rom in twrp . i was unable to open twrp recovery normally by pressing power+volumedown, so i used the code "fastboot boot twrp.img " to open the twrp recovery and then installed cm14.1 in twrp.

Did you try flashing TWRP again and rebooting immediately to it, and reflashing the ROM?

i am unable to open TWRP

And i am unable to detect phone in fastboot from my pc .
If i am trying to open twrp manually then fastboot mode opens.
