Stuck in Factory Reset

my Razr Maxx HD has been running awful for the past week, so i decided to do a factory reset, see if it would help. Well, it's now been doing the factory reset for well over an hour. it's on the screen with the android guy and the blue light spinning on his chest and the blue line spinning at the bottom but it won't go any further. I did a factory reset on my phone back in Feb and it took 5 minutes so i know somethings screwed up. suggestions?

Are you still experiencing the problem? Hopefully you got it to boot without any problems.

Hello mine is doing the same also I cant download adb sideload file on the pc cus its dumb windows,any help is really appreciated. Its a Lenovo yoga2 B6000-F running kitkat 4.4.2 :'(
