Stuck in headphone mode

Whenever I take out my headphones the phone still thinks they are in and it shows the headphone icon in the status bar so it won't play any audio from the speakers. When I reboot it is fine but its getting kind of annoying. Anyone else have this problem?

found it only occurs when i pull the headphones out before pausing the music.

Yes, this happens very often for me also. Usually plugging them in again and removing them seems to clear it up.

Same here..from time to time...replugging and unplugging seems to clear it though.....

Yea I just plug my headphones back in then unplug again and it seems to clear it up.

Hasn't happened to me but I did notice that I when plugged into my car stereo I could here my caller fine through the speakers but they could not here me. Still trying to figure this one out.

My exact same problem, had no trouble on my old storm, but seems thunderbolt won't do this. I know theres a fix

This has happened to me and all I would do is hit the pause button and then unpause it and it would play thru the speakers.

Hasn't happened to me but I did notice that I when plugged into my car stereo I could here my caller fine through the speakers but they could not here me. Still trying to figure this one out.

I've had this happened and had to just unplugged my headset to talk to them. Don't know if it was the headset I was using because when I switched to a different one (mono), it worked fine. I've since ordered a new stereo headset that is for the TB and will hope that will work.
