Oh help! I turned my Samsung Galaxy S3 on earlier today and got a battery charge screen with a red light in the upper left corner. The charge had been very low the last time I used it, and so I figured I just had to charge it but was surprised that it didn't let me use the phone while charging. Now, many hours later, the battery charge screen is about 3/4 green and is simply stuck on this screen. The five little dots underneath the battery pic keep lighting up in sequence, so the phone appears to be charging. But I can't get to any other screen, can't turn the phone off (it turns off automatically) and I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in, with no change. I have tried two chargers, and I know that the chargers are working because they are working for my husband's identical phone. I read on another site that I could reboot the phone by holding down the center bottom button for 10-20 seconds, but this also does nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what the solution might be? Thanks.
