Stuck on Boot Animation

I install a new ROM, and it's now stuck on boot animation.

I have tried to do a Restore and it says it does it, but sticks on boot animation everytime.

Hold Power, volume down
Back and and Restore
Select one of my Nadroid backups.
Does it thing

Reboots stuck in animation.

How do I get it back to what it was.

Really stuck. I can go into recovery mode and no matter what backup I use, it nevers quits comes back up correctly. Missign apps, or hoem screen is blank.

I have tried the back up post root, pre rom. None, allow super user to run to get back to Titanium backup.

It's like it is stuck with pieces of differnet roms running.

Please some advice?

Try flashing a rom clockwork has issues when restoring, get perfect storm 1.2 into your sdcard and flash it. Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

Oh? So when clockwork does a restore it messes up sometimes?

I did re-flash the old rom I had before tryign to flash the newest one, seems to have put it back to somewhat normal, but am not warm and fuzzy feeling on how well it's done.

tryign to get the apps/data back to what there at..

So what is the best way to "restore" if a ROM Flash doesn't work...
