well if it isnt one thing-- the another-

I read on the netarchy thread on XDA about battery life and it was suggested to go back to PRI_1.77_003 from the latest-

Which I tried but it wouldnt take- when phone was up and running 1.91 was still there
So I tried again- wiped, formatted etc-

Then the phone got stuck in the white bootup screen- I tried to reinstall the 1.91- and still white boot screen-

I have waited 10-15 minutes to see if it would boot to no avail.

If you wiped data while updating PRI you probably erased your rom.

You need to re install your ROM, you usually don't wipe when doing radio/pri software updates. It sounds like you wiped the rom out.

thats it thanks!

No problem! I'm glad you got it back and hope you had a recent nandroid to restore.

A good general rule of thumb is to create a nandroid backup before you flash anything, this way if it all goes south you have a fast way to get back to where you were.

Thanks TFE! The thread on XDA that has all the radio zips say to install them like a Kernel, which you are suppose to wipe cache and dalvik when doing. Maybe they should update their instruction to reflect the fact that wiping is not needed. I also ran into this problem when updating my radios becuase I wiped before flashing, but I just ran a Nandroid restore and the OS booted back up and the new radios were all there.
