Stuck on lockscreen

I have my HTC set to open using Pin security. Today when I went to unlock the phone the Google Voice came on instead of the number pad. I am unable to bypass voice. I have tried voicing the pin to no avail. I have turned off and on the phone a number of times but Google Voice comes on. I spoke to technical support but they were no help. They simply told be that I would need to reset the phone.

Can anyone help before I have to reset this phone?
