Stuck on white htc evo 4g screen!!!!

I recently rooted with CM7... Like it but i did it while i was at work and didnt have time to really play with it so I tried to restore my latest Nand backup and after reboot im stuck on the white htc evo 4G screen. I NEED HELP!

boot into recovery and do a complete wipe (data, cache, dalvik cache) then do a nandroid restore....that should do the trick

thats exactly what I did.
