stupid browser question

I was playing with some settings and screwed up my browser. I fixed it be when I open a web page the URL bar stays at the top until I scroll down the page. I can't remember if this is normal, could someone please confirm this?

that's normal. it's up to each website to "auto-scroll" the url bar off the screen after loading.
