I recently bought my Cricket HTC Desire 510 and I absolutely hate it have nothing but trouble and I've only had it 2 months had to buy a new SIM card almost immediately because I tried to lock the SIM card then I try to sign into my account because I have auto pay and it constantly ask what my favorite food is for security question which I never answered to begin with took it in to Cricket he hooked me up with an account sign in get home Same thing Same stupid question also same problem with storage

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you want to lock the SIM card? That's usually not necessary. Don't lock it in the future.

What storage problem are you talking about? Details about your issues would be more helpful than the venting (although I'm sure it makes you feel better ).
