My voice search works great when I expect it not to such as calling a hotel directly in another city.
But when I say "Call Kristy" the damn phone doesn't know what do to, nore does my SpeakToIt app. I hate it all. How Can I mod my contact so the voice command knows who Kristy is?
Siri is just as lame. I should be able to say "Kristy is my girlfriend". Then from there on out I should be able to say "Call my Girlfriend". WTF.

I just posted about this on my blog. I haven't much success with any of those assistants. I've tried Iris, Skyvi (which still boggles me since it doesn't recognize its own name), and Vlingo. Iris worked the best for me, but it was still kind of bad, and much slower than just navigating to what I was trying to do with my fingers.

I've come to the conclusion that you just don't really need those things on an Android device, especially when you can customize it so much to get maximum productivity for you, personally. That's the main reason I don't want/need iOS.

Translation...you're f____ed. Android can't find anybody anytime anywhere for any reason...my God Google...fix this. Flip phones 8 years ago could do this, and my phone state of the art as it is can't find it's own ass if you let it use both hands.
