Stutter between home page/screen flip/switch

Just got my new S10 and noticed this annoying thing.

I have action launcher installed and animations turned off. Whenever I open an app and go back to the home page, there is a small stutter. If I keep flipping back and forth between the home pages it goes away.

But each time I close an app and swipe between home screens it is back on the first swipe.

This never happened on my note 9.

Any ideas?

It's possible it's the launcher, does stock launcher or another like Nova behave the same way?
