Sudden Audio Issues

So after a few weeks with my replacement device from VZ which has been far better than my original I not have horrible sound quality. One minute it's loud and crisp watch a few videos. Next its dull, crackled, and horrid quality.

Anyone else having sudden Audio issues?

Now audio completely normal?! is there cause for concern?

Probably some software bug. I have a relatively old phone and if I game around too long or otherwise stress the CPU/GPU for a long time (45+ minutes) the music playing in the background loses deep tones and only a reboot fixes this.
