Sudden crush

hi guys..need some help..i am using note 2 and while using it, suddenly it crashed...when i try to shut down, the phone hanged..i took out the battery, and tried to switched it back, the pop out said S Note has stopped, S Suggest has stopped, could not connect to Google server and etc. seems like everything stopped by itself and until now, i could not even do anything with it..somehow it formatted itself but i couldn't get to home screen yet.do anyone know what is the problem? is there anything that can be done?

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean it formatted itself? Did it go through a full factory reset? Did it ask you to set the phone up again, as if it was the first time using it?
