My Galaxy S4 Mini GT-I9195 had 'sudden death' in 10th April. As far as i could found on the Internet, there are 3 solutions [from de most simple to the most complex or expensive]:

1 - Replacement of the 'on/off' button.
2 - Reinstallation of the firmware through Odin;
3 - Replacement of the eMMC module on the motherboard.

The big question is:

It could be data loss of the internal memory (ex: personal contacts, photos, WhatsApp folders with chats, images, audios, videos, etc.) by taking the solutions #2 and/or #3 ?

Welcome to the forums. If the phone can't turn on, the second option is out.

The eMMC can be tricky. That's going to be soldered in. If you are going to tear the phone apart, I would also check for other damage to the boards while you are at it.
