Suddenly 2 wifi symbols??

I have had this phone since it first came out and have always from day one have had just one wifi fan symbol and the 4g symbol using AT&T. My wifi at home is through Comcast cable. Today the 4G symbol is gone and looks to me like there are two wifi symbols.

Any ideas at all what may have ever happened?
