Suddenly I can't connect to network with my Samsung s4

For the first time, I am getting the message "network disabled because internet connection is slow". I'm at home, and my computer is connected to the internet with no problem. Why can't I get wifi on my phone?

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried disconnecting the phone from the router and reconnecting it? Tried a router reboot?
