Suggestion for a Bill Manager or Financial App

FYI, Mint doesn't work reliably with several of my accounts:
- my credit union has a captcha when logging in so it's never able to auto update. I have to go to mint.com and manually login to get it to update

- Discover card account occasionally fails to auto update requiring me to manually login through mint.com

- no connection to my retirement account

What I do:
On my PC I've set up an Excel spreadsheet listing all my bills/payments and when they're due. Once a week I go through that and mark off the payments as I make them. Docs 2 Go allows access on my Droid.

Why don't you just set up reminders to pay the bills in a calendar program and then set all the bills up as AutoPay with the corresponding vendor?

Just delete the reminders (I usually send them as emails) when you've paid the bills.

Does anyone know of any apps that can sync with a major national bank, either automatically or QIF/CSV/etc importing, and one that is not cloud-based where my information is stored on someone else's server?

Paycheck manager is a new app that is close. However until it is repaired to function correctly with weekly paychecks then I can't recommend. Seems to work great for bi-weekly. I am anxiously awaiting a fix.
