How can I do to change my external sd on Samsung S2 the 16Gb class4 to 32Gb class10?
I wish to clean all unnecessary files and directories that I did because the Sd (16Gb) contains old installations of my precedent Htc Desire Hd phone.
I don' t want to restore factory settings, but I want only to clean useless things and to leave how it is useful for apps and data.
I have tried to copy and paste "easily" by Windows from sd to other (althought in this way it doesn' t have a good cleaning) but the antivirus program have found two threats or the copy failed for some reason (drive not ready and so on).
How can I do?
I have an ICS stock rom.
Many thanks for your attention!

Just format the card in a way where you can temporarily transfer useful files to your main computer, format the same or new microSD card and then re-transfer everything back to the card and hopefully that'll take care of the issue.

There's got to be a file in the SD contents that is corrupting the new SD card, so the best way would be to avoid transferring any system files, just transfer personal content such as: pictures, videos, documents and so on..., but no android system files. APK files should be ok to transfer.

I replaced the sd card with new one and I transferred only personal files and folders. Now I don't remember exactly but I transferred something for working of some program (I formatted by phone) because I realized that some program needed to configuration files.
In the new sd card some files results corrupted and I don't know what is the reason.
The other day (on 20th July) for testing I downloaded a file by PC that into samsung s2 results corrupted and after the copy this file works fine.
I wonder if there is something that is corrupting files into sd why now can I play that video?
