Suggestions on a new ROM

I'm currently sporting the Ultimate Droid ROM, but I'm already kinda a little bored with it. Anyone have any suggestions?

I checked out MIUI, I loved the high res features of the ROM but I don't like how it doesn't have an app draw. Going back to UD until I can find something, I want something that's equally as 'slick' but still has the android feel. If that makes any sense.

Incredibly Re-engineered is definitely one of the best ROMs I've ever used. It's fast as hell and smooth. They have some nice mods for it as well and there are themes too. I haven't played around with any themes yet.

Gave Liquid Metal a shot, really didn't like that one looks like I'm stuck with Ultimate Droid :/

With MIUI and the use of another launcher how much does it slow down your phone and what's it do to the overall experience of the ROM?

I don't particularly care for Sense and with Redemptive I didn't really see any benefit of keeping it.

Using a different launcher on MIUI shouldn't slow down your phone at all. I'm guessing most people using MIUI use launcher pro or ADW, I know I have always used LP with it.

I don't use a launcher in Miui that kills the new transitions . Wich are so Much better then launcher pro

I might have to get rid of Myn's. Every time I try to access a website it gets to like 75% and then hangs for a while.

So you just use the stock MIUI launcher? How do you cope without having a app draw? There's a lot of apps that are thrown on there from the dev team.
