Hi there.
Firstly thank you in advance for any advice/comments which are received as a result of this posting.
Hopefully this thread/posting is in the correct place.

I have a set budget of 100 GBP (124 US dollars/ 112 euros) with which to buy a new handset model (no sim required) & rather than just buying something 'blind' or uninformed that looks shiny, I would appreciate any thoughts as to what the best value for money (vfm) brand/model would be based on these spec specifications:

Must Have:
6 inch screen
4GB RAM
128GB ROM
Android 7 or Later

I would probably go for something new/refurbished but would consider used depending on the condition. Particular branding is not a big issue although presumably unbranded phones from say Ebay, Wish or AliExpress would be viewed with some caution....? (would you agree?)

Thanks again.

For specs like that in your price range, you'd probably have to look for a past-year model of a flagship or midranger, rather than a brand new phone. I'd stay far away from Wish, since they're notorious for selling phones with completely fake specs (see YouTube videos from SMOOREZ for interesting experiences with Wish and similar sellers). He does review some interesting cheap Chinese phones that actually seem ok (like Doogee and Oukitel), but it's always a crapshoot, and support will always be pretty much nonexistent.

For your price range, Moto and Nokia phones might be the best brands to look at, but even then, 128 GB of internal storage would be hard to find. OnePlus phones from a couple years ago might be a better bet.
