Alex is reviewing the Galaxy Note, and spent a few minutes taking macro shots of a Super AMOLED pentile HD screen.

Yup. Looks good. Yet there are still people in there complaining about it. How unreal the ignorance is.

The pentile matrix is clearly visible in the pictures. Whether it'll be as noticeable to the naked eye is yet to be seen (for me). My feeling is that it won't be. While Moto's pentile is clearly visible to me even at their qHD resolution, I think the HD resolution and the RGBG pentile of the Nexus will make it much less visible to me. Plus the screen size will be smaller than the Note, which should also help. I just can't wait to check it out myself.

I agree. Don't think it will be a problem for a normal usage at all.
