Super fast charging power bank?

I have a power bank that outputs 30 watts but it doesn't super fast charge

Assuming that the shoppers haven't updated their listing but their devices is actually capable of super fast charging, what do I need to look for in the output? What voltage and all that because this is what I have and it's not super fast charging
