SuperWipe.zip lives up to its name!

Losing my mind! I have been a victim of a hacker for months now and couldn't get the RO files deleted to get rid of them.. so I saw "superwipe.zip" and boy did it wipe! First I was using TWRP however when I flashed my ROMS all it did was go back to the recovery. I then tried to change recoveries to CWM and wouldn't you know it.. now I am stuck in a bootloop! Could someone please help me get back to stock so I can start over.. and also, if you have any knowledge on how to get those RO files out of my phone.. it would be so great to actually be in control of my Lg Optimus Elite again. Thanks ahead of time... :'(
