Support AT&T HSPA+?

I'm just curious, does the AT&T LTE One X support HSPA+ "4G" when in an area where AT&T does not have LTE service yet? Is this true of all AT&T LTE phones? Thanks!

AT&T One X does support the hspa+. I'm not sure about all their LTE phones but those I have used (this and Lumia 900) have.

Yes at&t's current lineup of LTE devices also support H+ for markets unlaunched on LTE.

Thanks for the replies. I had called AT&T customer service and asked and they said no, but I just couldn't believe that new One X or GSIII buyers would be relegated to HSPA 3G in areas without LTE=/
