Surprise with my Replacement Phone and ICS

Verizon replace my Maxx with a refurbished phone when I had a problem and yesterday I got it up and running plus downloaded and installed ICS. Now, all of a sudden, I have a 4G connection that I never had before. Seeings as how I am in a relatively rural area in OR and not near any major citie, the 4G is a big surprise.

I have no idea if this is a result of the replacment phone or the ICS but i like it.
