There is no way this casr is waterproof are you crazy? The ports for the microphones and speaker are completely open and there is no way in hell the plugs are water tight. It's water resistant at best. Good if you have to answer a call in the rain maybe.

I seen these but on ebay Amazon and a over sea website. Never in store (obviously) but haven't seen a review or actually pictures from a buyer. Only seen seller pics which has a paper picture of note 2 inside case. . Really hope they are legit but waiting on review and better pics before I spend $$ on a imitation

That's got to be huge. I had one on my iPhone and it was twice the size. Can't imagine what that would be on the Note.

its huge, a PITA to put on and take off, and the hinged covers tore off on me after a couple of uses...its fun the first time you put it on, but to use everyday...not a chance...
and, it is NOT waterproof, by any stretch of the imagination...

Got mine last week. Not impressed at all. It's a big huge clumsy case that is in no way "Waterproof". The access panels are held on with a little bit of rubber and one has already torn off. I purchased this case purely because it was listed a waterproof. I don't want a case that I can dive with or anything like that but I do expect a waterproof case to be one that if I fall in the water I will have the piece of mind not to be tearing the case apart to dry the phone out. This is not that case, water will get in this case EASILY if it is submerged.
