Suspicious download message

Can anyone help - I got this screen message when trying to power down my s7 edge that I could not exit. It is clearly not usual introduction to a samsung or android update so I extracted the sim and switched wifi router off to stop it. Rebooted phone which came alive ok but same thing happened when powering off again. Not sure what to do next....would appreciate some help...

My son also got this on his s7 Edge. Happened only once. No clue what this is.
