Question Suspicious System Update 17.0.04.088

I’m new to Android. I recently bought two Lenovo IdeaTab Pro tablets. One of them is running OS version 17.0.04.021 and says it’s up to date. The other one is prompting me to update to version 17.0.04.088. Not sure why resume download and suspended are even there.

Is this the norm?

Welcome to Android Central! Updates tend to be pushed out in a rolling fashion, so not every single device will receive it at the same time. I wouldn't worry about it.
