Just a FYI, if you don't have Sprint LTE in your area. you won't be able to surf and talk at the same time. I really like that feature on EVO LTE. So I won't be getting the One, cause no LTE in Richmond Va

All my htc phones since the og EVO with qualcom cpu's have been able to do it so I have a hard time believing this one won't. That said I have not heard for sure it can.
