Swapping iPhone 5S nano sim to Moto X

Is this possible? I currently have an iPhone 5S and have been considering buying a Moto X off contract and just swapping the nano sim in to the Moto X since it is also nano sim. Can I just swap the cards and then go on with using it as is? Or will there be some issues? Sorry if this has been posted about already. I did a quick search and did not come across it. Thanks.

Yeah pop in and you're good to go only thing is you're going to have to turn off iMessage every time you switch to the X and back on if you want to use it while on your iPhone.

Hell you can even use a micro or normal sim
just turned my micro into a nano with no effort and a big knife.
