Swapping Note 2's

Im pretty much a noob to Android - I currently have a T-Mobile Note 2 and want to swap to a Verizon Note 2 -
What is the best way to get all my 889 settings on my i-605?

BTW my 889 is running JEDI MASTER and s-off.
