Swipe away notifications?

I just got the downgrade "upgrade" to Android 13 and I can no longer swipe away some notifications, like a paused YouTube notification. If I try, it just bounces back into place. Any way to override this without taking the extra steps to manually close out a video/app?

Turn off the pin feature in settings.

Doesn't look like I have that setting. It's an LG V60 phone, btw.

I've also noticed my third party alarm app no longer turns on the display to be visible on the lock screen. In the past it would turn the screen on to allow immediate snooze or dismissal. Now I have to fully unlock the phone and navigate to the app to snooze or dismiss. Any help here would also be appreciated, as I rather liked the ability to blindly reach over and hit the snooze button without having to open my eyes (much less perform any mental tasks if not ready).

my samsung 22 finally went through the 'upgrade', and i finally could not swipe away my lock screen notifications either. but figured out how. under lock screen notifications i noticed the radio button was set to 'hide content'. i set back to 'show content' for certain apps, and once i set to this, i could then swipe away the notifications for those apps left to right. hope this helps.
