Swipe effect for Samsung Galaxy S6 after Android 6.0.1 update

Greetings to you all.

I have Samsung Galaxy S6. After upgrading from 5.1.1 Lolipop to 6.0.1 Marshmallow update, I can't change swipe effect anymore, I can only choose unlock option: "swipe" and that's all. There is no more option to change effect for swipe (like water and bubble effect before). Is that gone with 6.0.1 update or I am blind and can't see that option?

Hmmm... i remember having this issue on my old S3. Are you using live wallpapers? After replacing live wallpaper to a static/normal one, the unlock effects showed up again.

maybe it's for the better that ripple effect has gotta consume some battery over time. When my phone starts lagging it's very noticeable that it's slower to unlock my phone too.

i remember seeing this related to the theme you are using. try switching back to the default theme and see if that does it

i encountered the same problem unfortunately Marshmallow dosent support it
its a real shame i loved the bubble swipe effect and sound
i did find an app similar in the app store but it really sucked my battery
maybe the next update Samsung will bring it back
a lot of people liked it

Yes I hope so too!!! They should have given the users option to use it or not, dont you think? If anyone else knows the really cool app that is so similar to that and that it doesnt drain the battery so much, please let me know
