AC Question

swipe is turned off by admin., encryption policy or credential storage?

I have my phone on a pin lock but want to switch to swipe screen and it won't let me because the swipe is not highlighted. Says it is turned off by admin., encryption policy or credential storage. Is there something I need to change to fix this ?

Welcome to the forums!

Go to lock screen and security, the other security settings, scroll down and tap "clear credentials" and then you can change to swipe.

Hello. The clear credentials option is gray as well thus I can't select it. What do I do? Thanks.
