Swipe not working

Hi my phone has green boxes and i have to touch then double touch every time and i cannot swipe help please

Which phone ? You enable anything in developer settings,?

Welcome to the forums. That sounds like TalkBack is enabled and you need to disable it in your accessibility settings. You will need to swipe with two fingers at the same time to navigate through the menus and a double tap to select the different options.
