With my S22 I was able to swipe right from the home screen and it would pull up Google. My S23 doesn't do anything when I swipe right and I don't see a setting to enable this. The only swipe settings I'm seeing require you to choose swipe gesures vs the buttons at the bottom of the screen. With my S22 I had the buttons enabled. Am I missing something obvious?

Long press the home screen. And go to home settings. It's in there.

Long press the home screen, then swipe to the right and make sure google discover is switched to ON.

Another thing if you have installed launcher like Nova and enabled Google discover page on Nova by side loading the Nova Google companion, then the Google page doesn't show up on stock One UI launcher.
