I do not use gmail. I do like how the stick gmail app lets you swipe left and right to move between emails. For some reason the stock email app lacks this. Is there any exchange client with this swipe ability to move between messages?

Why would you have a Google device, and not have been using Gmail since... forever?

As for your question, apologies... I don't know what other mail client on ICS offers swiping to scroll through messages.

If you have an email account that isn't gmail, it makes more sense to use the email app. I have both and I really wish google would make them more similar in features.

Understandable. However, considering Google's obvious interest in G-Mail, I highly doubt there's any incentive to do that.

It works both ways though. Pinch to zoom in email app, not in gmail app.

Yeah that I don't understand. Could we pinch/zoom in GMail prior to 4.0? I think I actually prefer the older client. The emails stand out a bit more. But then again, it could be a matter of simply getting used to it.

There never has been a pinch to zoom in the GMail app. That part always frustrated me. Pinch to zoom works fine for Exchange email accounts ... I use it all the time in Touchdown exchange.

I must say, I do like the swipe left and right between emails ... That was one thing I actually missed from my Blackberry Storm 2.
