I accidentally found this feature yesterday: From any screen, put your finger on the "home" button, swipe up and keep it pressed down. This will open up a shortcut menu and you can access voice command, google search, or quick memo this way. Sorry if this has already been discussed but I thought it was pretty useful (for me at least!).

Yeah its been in some reviews, basically the way you get to Google Now in stock Android with the added LG feathers. I played with the voice command stuff a little, a Siri like thing. I would never use it for anything serious.

Thanks for the tip. there are some users here that have not seen all the tips and tricks, so your post has been helpful to some people.

I've been trying to figure this out since getting my Moto X and installing Google Now Launcher. Care to elaborate?

The LG G2 UI is what I'm talking about, I don't own a Moto X and know nothing about it. Sorry.

You can't change this on anything but a custom ROM, unfortunately

Never use this feature to be honest, find it pointless.
